What I would do...:
Hammer Warrior: Heavy Blow out for Frenzy, Protector's Strike out for Healing Signet.
Melandru: Barbed Trap out for Troll Unguent. Dual shot isn't that superior if you aren't spiking (do you do minispikes?)
Boon Prot: Remove Hex out, because it's too long cast for a monk.
Flagger: 9 in Healing is enough imo.
Don't use superiors on your monks before they are really needed.
Learn to know maps, when to split, how to split, how t use catapults and so on. Play more and look how you can make your build and teamwork better.
